The Bible: We believe the Bible to be God’s complete, spoken Word to us and therefore is the guide for our living and understanding who God is. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
God: We believe that God is the source of all that is wonderful, perfect, and good. His ways are higher than our ways and He will always do what is best according to His plan. (Psalm 8; Romans 11:33-36; Job 38:4-11; Isaiah 55:8)
Humanity and Sin: We believe that all people are created in the image of God, but sin has tarnished that image leaving us forever separated from God in hell apart from a Savior…(Genesis 3; Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23)
Christ and Salvation: We believe that Jesus Christ is God’s son who lived a perfect, sinless life and died on the cross in our place, rising again on the third day. His resurrection offers salvation to any/all who will simply believe in His sacrifice for our sins. (John 1:1, 14; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Ephesians 2:8-9)
Holy Spirit and the Church: We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all who believe in Jesus, identifying them as part of His body and equipping and guiding Christ-followers to live and serve as His church in this world. (Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 12:4-8; Ephesians 4:11-13)
